Our scholar Steven Bryson obtained an exchange scholarship for Indonesia
Steven is a ninth-quarter student of mechanical engineering at Universidad Metropolitana, and in May of this year became one of three Venezuelan winners of a cultural exchange scholarship for the Darmasiswa Scholarship Program of the Republic of Indonesia.
This program organized by the Ministry of Education and Culture (MoEC) of the Republic of Indonesia has a duration of one year and consists of the granting of a scholarship that includes training in the art, culture and language of that country (Bahasa Indonesia). In addition, it covers the expenses of food, lodging and transportation of each scholarship holder during their stay in the program, not the plane ticket from Venezuela to Indonesia, however.
At AVAA we are confident that this is a great training opportunity for our scholar, who has also performed well at the Excellency Program. We applaud his achievement and hope that this will be an enriching experience for him.
